Q.1	How to order?
A.1	Simply choose a product you are interested in, and you can either click on the "Add to Cart" button to proceed shopping online or send us an e-mail (postmaster@antosfashion.com or online form in the contact us section)  for assistance.
Q.2	Do I have to create an account to place an order?
A.2	Yes, you have to create an account in order to place an order. This is done through the checkout process via Paypal. Creating an account allows us to track your order from start to finish. It is also the way our online-store works.  Our system will create you a proof of what your order will look like and send to you for final approval. We then send it into our shipping department. Once the order is ready, we pack it up and ship it out by Canada Post or by other carrier recommanded by you.
Q.3	How do I purchase products?
A.3	Placing an order is easy! Once you have seen an item that you want to buy, click on the "Add to cart" button and proceed with the checkout process through Paypal. Paypal handles billions of eBay transactions. It is safe for you and us. If you have any problems please contact our customer service Department by using the online form (contact us section).
Q.4	How do I know if an Item is in stock?
A.4	Most items shown on the website are in stock. However there may be times, particularly during Sale time, when a certain size may be out of stock. In this instance, the item is labelled 'Sold out'. You will also get a message from us to notify you.
Q.5	Is your payment system secure?
A.5	Yes it is. Currently, all online payments from our website are made through PayPal to guarantee security. At no point do we have access to your credit / debit card details.
Q.6	How safe is Antos Fashion store?
A.6	Antos Fashion store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). By using this system, PayPal prevents Identity theft and fraud.  Therefore, all your billing and credit card information are held by PayPal, not by us. We do not store any data from your credit card. What we ask is your shipping address if you are buying our product.
Q.7	What is this PayPal?
A.7	PayPal is a "payments processing" company. It allows payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. Thus, people (such as you, the customer) can send money easily across the internet to other people (such as us). PayPal which is one of the largest online payment companies in the world, takes care of the currency conversion. It handles all eBay payments and we trust it.
Q.8	Are there any hidden costs?
A.8	No, there are not. If you have completed your order, you will receive an overview of the complete order, including shipping costs and taxes (if applicable). You will be asked to confirm again, at that point. If you don't, the order did not go through!
Q.9	How do I know you have received my order?
A.9	If you place your order on the internet, then you will receive an order confirmation page with an order number reference. You will also receive an order confirmation email to the email address that you supplied when you placed your order.
Q.10	I didn't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
A.10	Confirmation emails are dispatched immediately by our system; however we cannot control how quickly your email provider will take to deliver the mail to your inbox. If you have not received the email within an hour, please contact us so that we can confirm your order.
Q.11	Can I provide a different delivery address to my card address?
A.11	Yes, when you place an order you will be asked for your billing address and delivery address separately. Simply enter the desired delivery address when asked.
