All prices on antosfashion.com are in Canadian dollar, unless otherwise noted.

We are not responsible for any brokerage or any other custom fees. Anything that does not meet with your complete satisfaction may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an immediate refund.

Shipping fees will be determined at time of checkout.

PAYMENT

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Anything that does not meet with your complete satisfaction may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an immediate refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Please include with your return: your name, address and your Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. All items returned must be returned in their original state in which they were sent. Send the package to Antos Fashion mail address , and if you wish to (not required), include a note with your comments. We only ask this because it will help us serve you and other customers more accurately.

No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by the customer. Please allow 7 to 10 days processing time for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns.

Note again, shipping charges, handling charges and any other brokerage/customs fees are non‑refundable.

GST AND PST

There is no GST (Federal government Tax) or PST (Provincial government Tax) - exemption on our merchandise. All items are quoted as a GST / PST EXCLUSIVE price.

Shipping and taxes are automatically added although you will need to select your home province from the pull down list below the cart contents so that the proper sales tax is calculated. As we are based in Ontario, only Ontario residents or shipments staying in Ontario will be required to pay the 8 % Ontario PST. Shipping elsewhere in Canada will result in only 5 % GST or HST being charged. You may e-mail us to harmonize your due taxes.

SHIPPING

To get a quote for shipping costs, please add the item or items to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. You can select your shipping options and get the final shipping cost before you finalize the payment.

When you place your order with Antos Fashion, a small shipping and handling charge will apply to your final order to offset the cost of our courier. We typically ship within Canada using Canada Post Parcel Services.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Orders are processed within 2 business days after the order has been received. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods. Please allow additional delivery time for orders due to quarantine procedures sometimes. Delivery charges will vary according to contents of the order. Please refer to the 'Shopping Guide' at time of ordering for details of applicable charges. Please note - to avoid delaying your order, we will amend incorrect delivery options selected unless advised otherwise. Charges on credit card statements will appear as Antos Fashion Sales.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. When price change has occured, the new price list automatically cancels the previous price list.

DESPATCH POLICY AND BACK ORDERS

When your order is placed and payment received, Antos Fashion will promptly ship your order for items currently in stock. Any items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order and sent to you as soon as they become available. If any item you order is sold out or permanently unavailable, we will follow your instructions on whether you would like an alternative selection, a credit note or refund on the item.

SUBSTITUTES

If any item is sold out or is no longer available, we will substitute to the nearest item or better variety upon receiving your instructions.

IMAGES

We have made every effort to faithfully reproduce the colors and patterns of Antos Fashion merchandise. However, no scanner and no monitor can fully capture every nuance of items. Also, the color balance of the monitor you are using is probably different from our reference balance. We take great care in the realistic representation of our images although the nature of living products all pictures on this e-Store are intended as a guide only as size and colours are subject to variation.
